First off, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We migrated to a new software in February, and it didn't work out for us or our customers. So, we are changing back to a simpler and easier interface.
What does this mean for you? The look and feel of our website and your account pages will change (if you were a customer before Feb 2025, you will recognize it). And, due to credit card industry regulations that are beyond our control, we will have to ask you to log in and update your CC info again.
Please be aware that if you were on Autopay in June, that will not run in July unless you log in and update your CC info.
We understand this may create security concerns for you - and encourage you to start with original sources - google our company, call our published numbers or the ones you have on file for us, or email us at the email addresses you already know. Text us from the running conversation you have on your phone - however you feel comfortable reaching out to us, we will be happy to respond on that channel.
We know it's an inconvenience and we apologize!
ALSO - your gate access code may need to change. If you got a gate access code between February and June, it's likely that you will need a new one. We will be emailing you that new access code - or feel free to reach out to us any way you wish and we will get that info to you.
