We are very excited to announce that we are underway on the development of our first Climate Controlled Facility, located in Salem NH! This dream of ours started over a year ago and is quickly making progress now. This past year, we found the perfect site and began the long process of acquiring town approvals and selecting our team of architects, engineers and a construction management company. After several meetings and perfecting our design, we are now underway with the site work!
This will be our sixth location in the great state of NH but it will be our very first climate controlled facility. We hope to begin erecting the three story, 99,000 square foot building in early 2018 with a grand opening in the fall.
